Cisco is hiring a Facilities Assistant Trainee under its Non-Technical Graduate Apprentice program to join the Workplace Resources (WPR) division in Bangalore. In this frontline corporate operations role, you will be trained to manage physical and digital workspace logistics that power Cisco's corporate real estate ecosystem. The apprentice track focuses on corporate hospitality and administration—covering access badge issuance, front-desk reception workflows, automated facilities ticketing management, cafeteria and vendor coordination, and common area upkeep. Additionally, you will support cross-functional teams in planning corporate event transit, executing guest hospitality, and maintaining high-performing workspace safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Completed a 3-year non-engineering undergraduate degree (e.g., B.Com, BBA, BA, BBM, BHM, or equivalent non-technical streams).
  • Must have graduated precisely in the calendar years 2025 or 2026, backed by a formal Provisional Degree Certificate (PDC).
  • Must be actively enrolled as a student on the official government National Apprenticeship Training Scheme platform (https://nats.education.gov.in/) and possess a valid NATS student enrollment number.
  • Absolute commitment to a full-time, 12-month onsite training contract starting in September 2026.
  • Willingness to learn administrative tasks including corporate identity badge allocation, visitor check-in logging, and reception hospitality standards.
  • Training to log, assign, and track workspace repair requests, housekeeping updates, and vendor tasks within Cisco's digital facilities asset management tools.
  • Support the physical presentation, inventory, and operational efficiency of corporate meeting blocks, conference rooms, cafeterias, and communal employee zones.
  • Assist with tracking internal guest timelines, managing corporate display signage, organizing transit logistics for visitors, and verifying printing layouts or security setups.
  • Basic operating familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel). Strong verbal and written communication patterns, a proactive "can-do" learning mindset, and the capability to work harmoniously within a high-velocity, cross-functional physical operations team.
